Keep Us Running Smoothly: Perform routine maintenance and prevent unexpected downtime with your keen eye for detail.
Solve Problems on the Fly: Your troubleshooting skills will be put to the test as you diagnose and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
Precision & Perfection: Whether installing pipework, aligning gears, or replacing bearings, your work will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards.

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience Matters: With 5-8 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment, you know your way around heavy-duty machinery.
Certified Professional: You hold a Red Seal certification as a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic and have completed a recognized apprenticeship.
Problem-Solver & Team Player: You’re not just good at what you do—you’re great at communicating, collaborating, and finding solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Savvy: Your ability to read blueprints, work in confined spaces, and handle complex machinery makes you an invaluable asset.
Work Schedule:
12-Hour Rotating Continental Shifts: You’ll work days, nights, and weekends, ensuring our operations never miss a beat.
