• Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees who sustain injuries or fall ill on the job.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks and hazards in the workplace.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs, policies, and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with management and HR departments to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Offer health education and training programs to employees on topics such as injury prevention, proper ergonomics, and personal protective equipment.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential health and safety hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
• Coordinate employee wellness programs aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being in the workplace.
• Provide guidance and support to injured or ill employees throughout the return-to-work process, including facilitating accommodations and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and specialists to ensure employees receive appropriate medical care and treatment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
