Job Description
We have a position available with our clients in Loughborough area.
Responsibilities
You will work in our client's house and provide care and support. Our clients do not have any complex care needs and you will assist them with:
• Companionship - being there to chat, smile, support, engage and have fun!
• Personal Care
• Community access
• Activities - helping with hobbies and keeping active
• Cooking - preparing healthy, nutritious meals
• Home Help - light cleaning, washing and grocery shopping
• medication - remind and observe

Industrial Placement Programme
About the programme
This is a 13 month programme designed for undergraduates with a placement year built into their course.

To apply for the Industrial Placement Programme you must meet the below entry requirements:
• Be studying any undergraduate degree that allows you to do a placement year (starting from next summer).
• Expecting a 2.1 degree classification. You must not already have a degree. Specific degree requirements for Economist stream.
• Achieved 120 UCAS points from 3 A-Levels (or equivalent).
What to expect
We’ve designed this programme to help talented people gain valuable work experience at the heart of the UK’s financial system.
First of all, we’ll introduce you to the different types of work we do. Then, you’ll work in a team, getting involved in our policy, research and operational work. You’ll also attend regular training and events with your fellow Industrial Placement colleagues.
If your performance is outstanding, we may consider you for a place on our Graduate Programme or Postgraduate Internship.
Technology
If you’re interested in gaining hands-on experience working with our technical experts and getting involved in our projects, this stream could be for you. You don’t need a degree in computer science to apply.
You would work in our Technology division and your work could involve:
• providing technology support to colleagues across our organisation
• understanding their needs and suggesting technological solutions
• developing and presenting reports on change projects
