Kauvery Hospital in Chennai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Staff Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote and maintain the health and wellness of workers, identify workplace hazards, conduct training programs, and provide medical aid in emergencies. Responsibilities:
• Provide medical treatment and care to workers at Kauvery Hospital, Chennai.
• Recommend additional or specialized medical treatment when necessary.
• Promote and maintain the health and wellness of workers through health programs and initiatives.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend ways to reduce and prevent them.
• Conduct training for first aid, safety, CPR, and health programs for workers.
• Prepare accident reports and workers' compensation reports as needed at Kauvery Hospital.
• Maintain current knowledge of industrial safety and medical best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Associate degree in Nursing required; bachelor's degree / Diploma / ANM preferred.
• Registered nurse (RN) designation and state nursing license required.
• 1-3 years of related experience in industrial nursing preferred.
• Ability to administer medical aid in emergencies.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and remain calm during medical emergencies.
• Extensive knowledge of nursing principles, procedures
