Principal responsibilites
The trainee would be assisting in HAPL and HSCI matters –
• Name change on share certificate – coordinating with consultant, documentation
• Reconciliation of dividend received with the physical shares
• Documentation of loss of shares, filing with IEPF
• Assisting in statutory, internal audit – preparation of schedules, collating of data, documentation, verification
• Supporting the tax team and other accounting matters
Requirements
Candidate should have completed 2 years of CA Articleship at the point of application for this role
Eligibility Criteria
• HSCI employees will be eligible to apply to this role after completion of 12 months in the current role/position at the time of application on level transfer and/or promotion.
• Entity Employees (not from HSCI) to be guided by their internal policy on tenure completion in current role at the time of application before applying and share line manager approval once shortlisted.
