About the Role:

As the Industry & Vocational Training Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students to identify, access and succeed in vocational and industry-aligned pathways.

You will work closely with students, families, staff, training organisations and industry partners to ensure every learner has access to informed, supported and purposeful post-school options.

This is a highly relational role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys working with young people and is motivated by seeing students grow in confidence and direction.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

Support students to explore and access vocational education, training and employment pathways
Coordinate and manage VET programs, work experience and industry placements
Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry, employers, RTOs and community organisations
Provide guidance and support to students in pathway planning and decision-making
Monitor student progress and compliance requirements related to VET and vocational programs
