The field sales manager should outline and communicate sales targets, delegate tasks, and ensure that staff performance meets our standards of excellence. You should also conduct regular and extensive research to consolidate our spot in the market. To be successful as a field sales manager, you should be eager to take a hands-on role in contributing to our firm's profitability.
Generate Lead sales
-Schedule & plan to Visit the Party/client
Prepare & Ensure regular visits to build a relationship
-Responsible to Generate Maximum Sales order
-Give Quotation to party/Client
-Competitor Analysis
-Give Counter quote if Required
-Finalized Terms & conditions of sales
-Maintaining contact with clients to better understand and fulfill
their needs.
-Coordination with Backend Team for Order process,
Documentation
-Coordination for Payment with the backend team and
Customers
-Sales Target Vs Achievements
-Follow the sales SOP & system as per the guidelines of the
Management
-Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar.
Valid driver's license.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-Cautiously optimistic, personable, and resolute
