Description
- Build and expand the channel sales business for industrial products pan India and drive sales.- Ensure high customer retention and growth.- Build and develop talent and skills of the team. Manage all sales related processes, target setting, team management, incentives, territory planning, customer communication. Work closely with the marketing team to build channel infrastructure.- Drive your team to plan, develop and appoint new channel partners to expand product reach in the market and work in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.- Continuous follow-up with the team at each stage, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize sales.- Managing the PnL of the dealer sales team, ensuring maximum margin and identifying new ways to extract the same. Ensure achievement of margin targets.- Leadership and management of assigned channel team including resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management- Develop and implement the overall channels strategy for the field and company.- Manage programs to maximize sales revenue and touch and influence revenue from across all channel partners.- Forecast demand for the given products for optimal inventory planning.- Efficiently manage lead dashboard on CRM. Required candidate profile: - 15+ years of experience in Channel/dealer management on a national scale- Previous experience in dealing with MRO products, industrial supplies will be preferred.- Highly analytical with a knack for data driven approach and decision making.- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.Advanced MS - Office Suite skills.B.Tech from tier 1-2 institute
