We are seeking a dedicated Infection Prevention Coordinator who is committed to quality-driven care and proactive infection control measures. Our nursing team plays a vital role in ensuring the highest level of safety and infection prevention practices while treating every resident with respect, kindness, and professionalism.

Infection Prevention Coordinator Requirements:
Valid LPN/RN Nursing License (required by the state)
Ability to promote and facilitate teamwork
Demonstrate high ethical standards and professional integrity
In-depth knowledge of nursing procedures, medical regulations, and infection control policies
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to make independent decisions in critical situations
As a Skilled, Compassionate Infection Prevention Coordinator, You Will:
Develop, implement, and evaluate annual infection prevention goals and action plans
Collaborate with facility leaders, physicians, and local, state, and national agencies to ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols
Oversee operations related to infection prevention, epidemiology, industrial hygiene, and safety programs
Participate in national collaboratives and external reporting to CDC NHSN and other post-acute care quality organizations
Provide ongoing infection control education and intervention to staff, volunteers, and medical personnel
Monitor healthcare infection trends, investigate outbreaks, and ensure compliance with infection prevention policies
