Job Title: Influencer/ Brand Marketing Executive
Position: Social Media Lead Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Type: Full-time 10 AM to 6:30 PM in office 5 days a week with Saturdays WFH
Experience Level: Minimum 1-2 years of experience

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage influencer collaborations from start to finish. This role requires strong negotiation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to oversee the entire content creation process while ensuring high-quality execution.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to relevant influencers.
• Negotiate terms and finalize collaborations.
• Develop creative scripts and visual guidelines for influencers.
• Have a keen eye for detailing to ensure high-quality content.
• Manage influencer content submission and ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Coordinate with video editors, follow up on edits, and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in offline events and activations to strengthen influencer relations.
• Make strategic decisions to optimize influencer campaigns.
Requirements:
• Experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to curate and execute premium-level content.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Project management skills to oversee content production timelines.
• Familiarity with social media trends and the influencer landscape.
Nice to Have:
• Basic knowledge of video editing and sound design.
• Background in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
