Job Description
• Onboarding celebrities, influencers, socialites, stylists, entrepreneurs
• Plan, develop and oversee the overall influencer strategy
• Maintain excellent relations with the existing clients and address all their queries
• End to end coordination between brands and influencers
• Analyze all influencer data, and make informed recommendations
• Create campaign summary reports and make relevant analysis
• Project Management and tracking
• Daily reporting and discussion
Skills Required
• Spontaneity, Problem solving, Multi-tasking
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and management industry.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to negotiate, including monetary deals
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Auor is looking to build a diligent core team, reporting to the founder’s office, gaining vast experience in strategic calls, influencer marketing and client management. The associate will get a great learning experience of directly darling with the clients, being a part of strategic calls and while being a part of new growth opportunities.
Please Note:
• Working hours needed: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm every day
• An experience letter will be provided after successful completion of the term
• Letter of Recommendation will be provided based on exceptional conduct
• Minimum tenure for this position would be 12 months, with the first 3 months being probationary. The associate will initially go through an unpaid training process in the first month, upon which we will confirm the role, based solely on his/her performance. Stipend will be paid in the initial probation period.
• Compensation - INR 2 - 3 lac per annum
