WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re on the lookout for an Influencer Marketing Executive — someone who lives and breathes Instagram and reels, has a strong sense of what clicks online, and knows how to talk to people. You’ll be part of our brand and marketing team and will help build relationships with creators, manage collaborations, and amplify सादा / SAADAA across social platforms.
Whether you’re a fresher or have some experience — if you’re a great communicator, super organized, and love the idea of shaping how people discover fashion online, this one’s for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Identifying and reaching out to relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Coordinating end-to-end collaborations — from outreach and briefing to product dispatch and content approvals.
• Managing databases of influencers, keeping track of conversations, content status, and performance.
• Ensuring timely posting and high-quality content that aligns with the brand.
• Supporting the marketing team with influencer content planning during product launches or campaigns.
• Maintaining strong, positive relationships with creators and helping build a loyal influencer community.
• Staying updated with trends, meme culture, and what’s working in influencer-led content.
WHO ARE YOU?
• A fresher or up to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or PR.
• A natural communicator — polite, persistent, and clear.
• Obsessed with creators, Instagram, and what’s trending.
• Extremely organized and able to handle multiple collaborations at once.
• Good with follow-ups and timelines — you don’t let things slip through the cracks.
• Bonus: You’ve managed collaborations in college or interned with a brand/agency before.
