TrainerGoesOnline (TGO) is one of the pioneers disrupting the fast growing online fitness industry. Founded in April 2020, the company was launched within the first week of the pandemic when the gyms around the world were shutting down, leaving millions of fitness trainers jobless.
Ever since TGO started, it has been constantly growing at a record growth rate and has already worked with 200+ renowned & celebrity fitness trainers globally whilst turning over $3 million in sales for its clients in such a short period.
TGO boasts to be one of the top firm in this space in UAE and has caught global attention as its story was published in 50+ global media publications like - India Today, Business Standard, US World Today asking others.
It's goal is to now scale their SaaS offering globally & aims to become World's #1 in the next 2 years thereby transforming the global online fitness industry massively.
Who can apply : Only for Freshers or less than 6 months experience
Compensation : 15-20 K during probation(first 3 Months) and appraisal post that based on performance
Key Role Requirements :
• Fluent in both English and Hindi languages
• Confident in communicating with people over phone or Zoom calls
• Access to a working laptop and a stable internet connection
• Candidates with passion for social media and influencing world would be preferred
Role Description :
This is an individual contributor role in a dynamic, employee-oriented environment, focusing on promoting TrainerGoesOnline’s (TGO) unique offerings to fitness pros and influencers.
The role requires engaging with fitness creators, building relationships, and driving brand visibility, while also contributing to sales efforts.
You will be responsible for :
• Influencer Engagement : Connecting with fitness & health pros / influencers who either are interested in TGO’s offerings or reaching out to potential fitness influencers, generating interest in TGO’s offerings, and creating long-term partnerships
• Lead Qualification : Qualifying leads through various channels and engaging in meaningful conversations via phone or Zoom to understand their needs and interests
• Selling TGO’s Offerings : Presenting the benefits of TGO’s app, programs and services, and converting leads into active users or partners
• Program Briefing : Explaining the details of the programs the influencers have shown interest in, and how they can leverage these to monetize their passion for fitness
• Relationship Building : Establishing strong relationships with influencers to promote TGO’s offerings and enhance brand presence
• Task & Activity Management : Updating tasks, activities, and relevant information on various company platforms (e.g., Lead Management System, CRM, reporting)
• Reporting & Updates : Providing work-related updates to reporting managers as required
Working Days & Format :
• 6 days a week, with Sundays off
• 100% Work From Home job
