Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns & strategies for clients that achieve desired results
• Be thoroughly involved in the planning and execution of successful social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• Identify and liaise with relevant influencers across the spectrum
• Effectively manage end-to-end campaigns while ensuring processes are followed, timelines and expected standards are met
• Negotiate great deals and win-win partnerships with influencers, agencies, vendors etc.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns
• Proactively & effectively communicate with brands, influencers, vendors and within the team
• Design creative concepts, briefs, decks, and marketing plans as per the requirement
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, vendors, clients etc. at all times
• Work alongside Business Development, Content and Data teams towards building required strategies, ideas and database
Requirements:
• Graduate in a relevant field with minimum of 1 years of experience working in Influencer Marketing space
• Proven track record of successful Influencer Marketing campaigns
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team player with a growth mindset, problem solving ability and can-do attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fun, fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Creative bent of mind with high attention to detail
Basic knowledge of MS Office
