ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Online Research :
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior in the digital space.
Find partners, leads, and collaboration opportunities through a thorough online research
Market Research :
Gather data on target markets, customer demographics, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor market developments and competitor activities to recommend adjustments to marketing plans.
Influencer Marketing :
Identify and engage with relevant influencers and content creators to promote our brand and
products / services.
Negotiate partnerships and manage relationships with influencers to maximize reach and engagement.
Develop campaigns grounded in a strategic approach by gathering audience, market and business insights using a variety of tools and social insights platforms
Project manage influencer marketing campaigns and media partnerships from initial response through to post campaign reporting, including campaign activation and talent content creation
Create multi-market influencer & content partnerships which are structured to answer the given brief, including strategic frameworks, robust evaluation of publishers & proposals, measurement etc.
Project manage integrated partnership solutions across a range of clients, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, advertiser funded programmes product placement and influencer outreach
Challenge partners and influencers to deliver innovative responses to briefs and provide solutions to client challenges
Approaching Websites / Media Buys :
Develop and implement strategies for approaching websites and negotiating media buys to secure advertising placements.
Monitor and optimize media buys to ensure they are delivering desired results within budget constraints.
Content Development :
Support the creation of compelling digital content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia assets, to engage target audiences.
Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for search engines and social media platforms.
Bachelors / Master’s Degree. Any Field
MUST HAVE :
Fluency in English & Hindi with excellent oral and written skills
Certifications in digital marketing or related fields would be a plus (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook
Blueprint).
Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and media partners.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
