We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who is passionate about writing. They will be responsible for all aspects of influencer seeding strategy and execution with a focus on growing presence on Tik Tok, Youtube and Instagram. Working in close collaboration with the marketing team, they will contribute to optimizing and implementing ongoing influencer plans across existing and upcoming social channels. You must live and breathe in the social media world and pop culture.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers across platforms.
• Handle influencer engagements for existing and new influencers.
• Manage Monthly/Quarterly/Annual budgets for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
• Introduce new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers.
• Working closely with the Social and Brand teams to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
• Create reports around the returns of all the campaigns executed.
Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or relevant experience.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing campaign strategies.
• In depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Networking aptitude.
• Have any of your campaigns gone viral? (that's a plus)
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
• Deep understanding of the US market
