Job Description
We are looking for an innovative, data-driven, and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our core team. The team comprises alums from IIT and Tier-1 Engineering Colleges with deep expertise in trading in the crypto ecosystem.
Responsibilities
1. Identify, evaluate, and engage with influential personalities in the cryptocurrency and trading industry who align with our brand values and can significantly contribute to user acquisition and platform visibility.
2. Plan, negotiate, and execute collaborations and partnerships with crypto influencers, ensuring the optimal representation of our platform's values, features, and competitive advantages.
3. Develop and implement creative influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and generate new user registrations.
4. Negotiate contracts and deal terms with influencers while ensuring a strong ROI and alignment with our budgetary constraints.
5. Monitor, track, and report on the performance and impact of each influencer marketing campaign, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as product, content, and social media) to align influencer partnerships with overall company objectives and initiatives.
7. Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes within the influencer marketing and cryptocurrency landscape.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within the crypto or fintech industry.
3. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, futures trading, and related financial concepts.
4. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
5. Ability to forge strong relationships and partnerships with influencers and industry professionals.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
