• Infor XA ERP – ISE is an Infor Channel Partner and reseller of the Infor XA ERP solution. Our staff has deep expertise in helping customers upgrade and implement Infor XA ERP in their businesses. We can also host and manage our customer’s Infor XA environment in the cloud.
• IBM – ISE is an IBM partner selling IBM iSeries servers. We have on staff technical expertise to update, upgrade and optimize the IBM iSeries. In addition, we offer IBM iSeries cloud hosting and / or remote management services.
• MV2 MES – Our subsidiary, Paper-Less, LLC, develops, sells, implements, and supports our proprietary MV2 MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution that connects, monitors, and coordinates complex manufacturing systems, data flows, and people on the shop floor.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking to add an XA Developer to our professional services team. In this role you will define, develop, test, maintain, and analyze new and current software applications in support of our client’s business requirements. This position reports to the Director of Professional Services.
• Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating client needs, analyzing requirements, and developing software systems.
• Lead and perform XA system upgrades.
• Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
• Identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and with other persons in a position to understand requirements.
• Provide end-user training.
• Perform test plan development as well as system testing.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and presales activities.
• Assist in the development of education materials.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• An undergraduate degree in a field such as Computer Science, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, and / or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Infor XA ERP.
• 5+ years of experience working in a consulting environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and user-based training documents.
• Eagerness to take initiative in learning and applying new skills.
