Details: The Information Access Team at the City and Environment Directorate (CED) coordinates responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) access applications, Open Access disclosures, Standing Order 213A requests and Executive Document Releases.
As an Information Access Support Officer, you will work as part of an experienced, collaborative and dynamic team responsible for providing timely responses to information access requests. Under general direction, you will provide administrative and coordination support, including mailbox management, task tracking, record keeping, communicating with applicants and supporting the reporting requirements of the team. You will also support CED business areas and delegated Information Officers to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines. If you have relevant experience to take on this role or think your current skill set will allow you to adapt well to the position, then we want to hear from you!
