Job Title- Associate (Information Security- Identity & Access Onboarding services)
Location-Pune
Role Description
You will be part of a Chief Security Office under ISPS (Information Security and Production Services) pillar. The job is specifically related to the banks central Segregation of Duties onboarding and maintenance team which is part of Identity & Access domain at large.
• First and foremost, the role requires you to understand the business process of a variety of applications in order to teach the system the semantics of entitlements with a given methodology (the banks’s functional taxonomy). The iterative process requires you to carve out the most appropriate fit of this mapping with the help of our test environment that will calculate SoD violations and the business stakeholders (the so called “SoD Managers”) that act as subject matter experts in case needed. You will be in constant exchange with the SoD Managers and will both steer them and will be steered by them (depending on the process step). Overall, you represent and guide the SoD onboarding process, document the data and will be single point of contact for the business for this complex task.
• Further, you will support the decentral governance process for the SoD control where you need to judge on control compliance of non-central control implementations for the SoD risk that are not following the standard, central approach. The process requires you to be in strong engagement with application owners while speaking on behalf of the SoD control framework and to have good analytical skills to assess adequately the quality of controls presented to you.
• Additionally, on a regular basis you need to assess all new arising applications in the bank with the help of a predefined questionnaire and the further input of business stakeholder for the so called “Sod Relevance” review that is entry point criteria for applications to the SoD control.
• Last but not least, you need to create KPI dashboards that report on progress on all tasks mentioned above in a weekly call with SoD team and be available in a monthly call with SoD Managers for questions.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for motivated candidates who show us:
Experience/ Exposure:
• Overall, 5-7 years of experience in information security domain, ideally segregation of duty
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the banking industry, ideally within a transaction bank
• Both a technical background with a banking pedigree or a banking background with an IT pedigree is welcome
• Good business analysis knowledge of system design
• Knowledge of IT Service Management or IT Governance or IT Delivery Management or IT Project Management or IT Delivery background or IT Security
Competencies:
• Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously in virtual and multicultural teams.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal are fluent in English (written/verbal)
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Pro-active and flexible working approach
• A structured and methodological way of working with the objective to deliver high quality results
• Flexible mindset with an eye for detail and continuous improvement
• Good understanding in business related information
• Being flexible, open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to stakeholders and other team members
• Academic degree or comparable qualification, preferable in Information Technology / Information Security or another technical related area
• Have good exposure to Service/Release and Change Management Principles
• Familiar with Project management principles
• MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel (on formula level), PowerPoint)
