Job Title: InfoSec Compliance Officer
• Total Experience: 3-5 Years of Industry Experience
• Relevant Experience: 3 Years
• Qualification: B.E., B.SC IT, B.SC computer science, or equivalent.
• Location: Pune, India ( 5 days from office)
Technical Know-How:
• Experience in conducting IT internal or external audits, reviewing evidence, and preparing audit reports. • Should be aware of the fundamentals and basic procedures of all IT departments (e.g., server management, network management, antivirus, patch management, SOC, VAPT, access management, and all ITIL processes).
• Should be very good in advanced Excel or Power Point. (Power BI and Excel VB Macros would be added advantages.)
Job description:
1. Ensuring IT/Business Information Security Compliance
2. Ensure vulnerability assessment and penetration testing are completed on time.
3. User Access Review, Firewall Rule Review.
4. Monthly IT Security KPI Check (Laptop/Server AV, Patch, VA, PT, Security Incident, Technology Incident Status, Onboarding, Offboarding, Security awareness compliance check)
5. Monthly Security Deck.
6. Monthly Laptop and Server Completeness Check (User List v/s Laptop List v/s AV Report v/s Patch Report).
7. Managing Security Incidents and Issue Trackers.
8. Quarterly Internal Audit, Yearly Client External Audit.
9. Preparation of ISO27001 Audit, SSAE18 SOC1, SOC2 Audit, GDPR Audit, and PCIDSS Audit.
10. Responding to the client's vendor risk assessment questionnaire.
11. Vendor security review.
12. Ensure a yearly BCP/DR drill.
13. Information Security Awareness Sessions.
Personal skills:
1. The candidate must be working for an IT company and have experience in IT audit, governance, RIA Advisory and compliance.
2. Should be very good in advanced Excel or Power Point. (Power BI and Excel VB Macros would be added advantages.).
3. Good communication skills.
4. Analytical Thinking.
