Job Description
Identity & Access Management
Provide Identity & Access Management operations support – including provisioning, deprovisioning and pulling account data needed to support Access Certification Reviews. Review systems for access violations and proactively identity security risks. Design and implement technical solutions and processes that support FDC’s security standards and policies. Function as a subject matter expert.
Technical Support
Provide Level 1 production support – mandatory on-call and afterhours work according to a monthly rotation schedule. Troubleshoot error, resolve issues, and support incident resolution.
Compliance & Audit
Adhere to standard operating procedures for performing IAM tasks in accordance with both internal security standards and regulatory guidelines. Support all aspects of Audits include collecting evidence, documenting resources, participating in auditor interviews.
