Information Security Specialist

Job description Responsibilities • Partner with teams internal and external to Cyber Security in managing tools that include, data loss prevention, malware prevention and real time/machine learning, EDR, sandboxing, Disk encryption, Application control, NDLP and web gateway. • Assist with team to implement technologies • Work with vendors on providing product updates, bug fixes • Create clear and concise documentation to formalize work stream processes • Meet SLA’s by processing requests to resolve endpoint security issues with workstation support and end users which also includes exception/exclusion handling • Administrate and Implement policies/rules on endpoint as well as refine security standards • Maintain awareness of latest security risks, exploits and vulnerabilities and apply them to the BSC environment as required • KPI/KRI is as per defined threshold Skill Set Required • Clear understanding Hands-on experience on Endpoint Security Platform such as EDR (Preferably McAfee) • Good understanding of Operating systems (Windows end-users) Data Security and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) Operations • Experienced with deployment, maintenance and operations of one or more EDR, AV, Host based protection and controls • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to present information to management stakeholders (Internal external) Qualification Bachelor s Degree or advance course in Computer Science or Information Security related areas Experience 3-6 Years Location : Jaipur
