Salary: $87,086 - $117,356 Annually

Step into a higher-level analyst role supporting the County's homelessness emergency response through requirements analysis, system design, implementation planning, testing, training, and application problem resolution.

What You'll Do:
• Elicit and document user, functional, and technical requirements for new systems and enhancements
• Conduct workflow analysis, scope development, product research, cost-benefit review, and risk assessment
• Develop specifications, implementation plans, training plans, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing materials
• Monitor systems compliance, support issue resolution, and contribute to procurement and vendor-related activities
Minimum Requirements:
• Two years of full-time paid experience within the last four years in information systems analysis and design in a centralized IT organization
• Experience must include enterprise information systems, data, and business process support in application support or user training/system adoption
• Valid California Class C Driver License, or ability to use an alternative method of transportation
Preferred Experience:
• Experience developing training materials and leading workshops for non-technical users
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, R, Python, or SQL
• Recent experience with LAHSA or another public homelessness services agency is especially valued
