Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Assistant located in Gurugram. The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing printer support, and ensuring the effective operation of IT systems. Day-to-day tasks will include resolving technical queries, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies.
Qualifications
• Maintain and manage school servers, networks, and firewall security.
• Optimize cloud storage, data backups, and system security.
• Support digital learning tools, smartboards, and Microsoft Teams.
• Issue and manage work email IDs for staff and students.
• Maintain and repair school IT devices (computers, projectors, printers, etc.).
• Manage IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for new equipment.
• Ensure cybersecurity and data protection compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
