Making an Impact
• Lead and/or support assurance and advisory audit engagements independently or as part of a team, covering planning, fieldwork, testing, reporting, and follow-up activities.
• Provide timely and accurate communication of audit results to country, regional, and corporate leadership.
• Evaluate remediation evidence submitted for issues identified during audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining audit methodologies and processes.
Sharing Expertise
• Communicate audit findings effectively to country, regional, and corporate management, emphasizing key risks and improvement opportunities.
• Play a critical role in multiple projects focused on enhancing team performance and capabilities.
Gaining Exposure
• Participate in a variety of engagements to support the development and strengthening of internal controls.
• Collaborate across geographies and functions to share best practices and gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
Your Typical Day
• Conduct audit testing, inquiries, observations, and analyses to meet project objectives.
• Pursue continuous learning related to regulatory requirements, best practices, and industry standards.
• Expect 25–35% international travel annually for audits, team meetings, and training.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in IT audit or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP (completed or in progress)
• Familiarity with standards such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST (CSF), and SANS
• Proficiency in operating systems including Windows Server, AS/400, OS/3+0, UNIX, and Linux
• Database knowledge including SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and DB2
• Understanding of networking systems, TCP/IP protocols, network security, and wireless technologies
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
