i. Identification of regulatory/ statutory requirements pertaining to IT and IS.
ii. Formalizing actionable and ensure implementation of the requirements as prescribed
iii. Review of policies/ processes for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirement and minimizing the compliance risk
iv. Conducting ongoing review and monitoring of IT & IS department to ensure adherence to the requirements prescribed.
v. Ensure timely reporting of IT related issues to the Board/ Committees/ RBI and CERT IN
