Job description
Role & responsibilities
• Supervise installation & configuration of IT devices
• Must have Knowledge to Repair and maintenance of Desktop and laptop.
• Prioritize and manage resolutions of multiple IT trouble tickets for early closure.
• Will be responsible for monitoring calls and necessary follow-ups for timely closure of the same.
• Provide daily call status reports and analyze calls on monthly basis.
• Follow standard SOP for required escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Co-ordinate with vendors and service partners for timely resolutions
• Responsible for IT Asset Management in the assigned territory.
• Stay connected with other engineers to provide them timely response
• Independently Co-ordinate & execute tasks in any other IT projects assigned.
• Establish & maintain a good working relationship with Retail Site Users to understand challenges faced by them and provide resolutions.
• Job may involve travel to various other sites within the zone for rollouts & operational Audits whenever required.
• Should be willing to provide IT support during holidays and festive seasons.
Required Skills:
• Should have had customer facing experience of more than 2+ years.
• Should have IT infrastructure support at L1 level for at least 2 years.
• Confidence in written and verbal communication
• Technical background in Hardware troubleshooting

• 2 - 3 Years
