Job Description
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, cabling, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company in person and over a call
• Setting up new user accounts, permissions and assist with on-boarding
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
• Ability to manage and monitor monthly/weekly/daily backups of data
• Executing backup and restoration process
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot routers and switches with various account settings, permissions, and parameters including security firewalls.Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
