Job Description
Manage multiple IT trouble tickets
Monitor calls and follow up for timely closure
Provide daily call status reports and analyze calls monthly
Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
Coordinate with vendors and service partners
Manage IT assets in assigned territory
Stay connected with other engineers
Coordinate and execute IT projects
Establish good working relationships with retail site users
Travel to various sites for rollouts and operational audits
Provide IT support during holidays and festive seasons
Customer facing experience of more than 2+ years
IT infrastructure support at L1 level for at least 2 years
Confidence in written and verbal communication
Technical background in hardware troubleshooting
