Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Technician-Field Sales Executive to join our team. This hybrid role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, demonstrating and selling IT products such as CC TV, Interactive flat panels, Projectors, Computers, Printers, boom barriers, metal detectors etc. and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Install CC TV systems including cameras, monitors, recording equipment and cabling. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CC TV systems and perform repairs as necessaries. This position involves traveling to client locations and requires excellent communication. skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist customers with the setup and configuration of computer systems and applications.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers and staff.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and customer leads.
- Demonstrate and explain IT products and services to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Gather customer feedback and provide input to improve products and services.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest IT products and services offered by the company.
- Continuously improve knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical issues.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to management.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:
• Education:
Minimum qualification of 12th pass, diploma or equivalent.
Bachelors degree in any field is an advantage but not required.

- Minimum 1 Year of experience in IT support.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems and common IT tools and software.
- Skills:
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
