Job Description
• Overall responsible for software delivery as per the business requirement.
• Coordinate with Business users to gather and document business requirement.
• Coordinate with IT vendor to explain and provide the BRD document and get the solution document.
• Validate and coordinate the solution with business users and ensure that the software is developed as per the requirement.
• Strict control on Change request and follow the SOP for Change management.
• Interact with software Technology partner for smooth and on time software delivery by ensuring timely and quality product delivery.
• Ensure quality and timely UAT and Bug Fix post development.
• Software Support – Work on Support tickets and ensure issues are taken care as per SLA
• Manage cordial relation with the technology vendor
• Ensure proper RCA of the support ticket are done and action are initiated to reduce the support tickets.
• Enhance TOS for smooth business operation.
