Key Responsibilities:
Person Specification:
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in IT Procurement for India, USA, UK, Europe region.
• Should have Worked (Preferably) in an IT/ITES Company in Indirect Procurement.
OR should have experience in Indirect Procurement of IT Products/Services in Non-IT Industry.
• Exposure to Global Procurement (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East) will be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience on any (or all) of these: -
IT Procurement: Procurement of IT Hardware, Networking, Enterprise Software Procurement, IT Services Contracts.
• Should have hands on experience in ERP Platform in Procurement Modules (Oracle Apps preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills in English, will be required to interact frequently with supplier based across the Globe.
• Should have managed small team of resources.
Job Description:
• Manage end to end procurement of IT Products / Services for India and Global Offices for Synechron.
• Manage Purchase Requisitions of Assigned Departments/Accounts and ensure procurement needs closed as per defined process and within the agreed SLA.
• Maintain, Prioritize and Manage Purchase Requisitions, attend and resolve escalations.
• Screening, Selection & registration of appropriate Suppliers & contractors.
• Negotiate most optimum price and other terms with suppliers.
• Create of defect free Purchase Orders and contracts.
• Negotiate and finalize terms & conditions for Supplier contracts.
• Maintain a healthy business relationship with Suppliers.
• Should be open to work in USA, Europe Timezones.
• Should be a team player and should be able to work with different Teams spread across various Office Locations.
• Work with Finance; Legal; Procurement and Admin team teams and ensure smooth execution of procurement activity.
• Should have customer-oriented approach while dealing with internal employees and external Suppliers.
