Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 8-month contract + possible extension
Pay Rate: $23.41-24.08/hr
Core Responsibilities
• Partner onboarding
• Monthly partner outreach and reporting follow‑ups (varied formats)
• Tracking contract value and agreement terms
• Identifying missing partner hygiene markers
• Direct partner engagement via email and occasional phone calls
Must Haves
• Hands‑on experience working with ISV / technology partners
• Strong organization, follow‑through, and relationship coordination skills
• High ownership, humility, and attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive operational work
• Business acumen and customer‑facing communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Willing to engage partners by phone when needed
Nice‑to‑Haves
• Ticketing systems
• Asana or similar work management tools
