Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise different tasks in the quest of completing a project
2. Responsible for the flow of information from the product owner to the team regarding the tasks
3. Make provisions for the progress of the project
4. Make the arrangement for projects documentation on the recommendation and specification of the owner and ensure that specifications are met
5. Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and roundup assigned projects
6. Suggest strategies of achieving the project goals to the owner
7. Perform structuring (WBS, Action plan, deliverables), coordination, communication, and documentation activities
8. Manage escalation
+. Provide management summary reporting on status, action plans and issues via Email, Powerpoint, Excel other relevant tools
10. Work in multiple parallel activities with different schedules, durations and deadlines, delivering tangible results while balancing priorities across different activities on daily basis
11. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and if done programming at any stage of, career it would be an added advantage
12. Knowledge of project management principles
13. Exceptional written and spoken English communication
14. Project Time Management
15. Project Quality Management
16. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
17. Ability to engage and partner with internal staff as required
18. Ability to embrace methodology and find improved ways of doing things

20. Degree in business or other relevant area, or equivalent relevant experience
