Scope of Role:
Ushta Te looking for a competent IT Recruiter to provide workforce solutions to our portfolio of clients which includes a global top 3 tech company and the world's largest social media Network.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding the job requirements and identifying the skills and qualifications needed for a specific IT position.
• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract, source, and recruit top IT talent.
• Writing and posting technical job descriptions.
• Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github.
• Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
• Collaborating with senior staff to recognize exactly what is necessary to ensure optimum IT staffing solutions.
• Managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle including writing job descriptions, employee screening, interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific job profiles.
