Job description: IT-Sales Executive
With focused growth plans, Silicon Signals Pvt. Ltd, is looking for a technology-savvy Sales executive with hands-on Experience in Sales & Marketing,
prefer having knowledge in Embedded Technologies, and importantly, a Strong Customer Connect.
The role will also require continually developing his or her knowledge based on current and new products within the company's portfolio.
The role will require regular communication with customers to understand customer needs, identify market trends and explore all possible venues for business success.

Skills
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Proficiency in documentation, PowerPoint creation, proposal creation, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during foreign work hours.
• Service sales experience in IT/Embedded industry.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
• Good knowledge of the electronics and semiconductor market (preferred).
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Hunt, prospect, and call customers, leading with Embedded/Software/Digital/Testing engineering services.
• Understand customer requirements and pain points.
• Develop new customers in the assigned region.
• Implement new sales strategies within the organization.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
• Identify opportunities based on customer needs.
• Participate in tenders, presentations, consultations, and commercial proposals.
• Create and deliver persuasive pitches to customers.
• Negotiate and finalize deals.
• Leverage sales tools and resources to generate and convert leads.
• Research, target, and convert new leads.
Education
• B.E./B.S./B.Tech in Electronics/Computer or M.Sc. Computer Science/M.C.A.
• MBA (preferred).
Experience Range
• 1+ years of experience.
