Job Description
Responsibilities includes functioning closely with CEO in managing business operations & challenges, encompassing both Client Facing & non-Client facing roles. :
• Executing the entire Lead cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
• Identification of client needs, while front-ending with them and managing expectations all along.
• Manage pre-sales team to bid & address initial Client Queries; Discussion with positive-intent Leads.
• Responsible for end-to-end Client communication(Email, Skype, Calls, IM) and scrutinising Client facing Docs.
• Assigned Team’s communication with Magento Maintenance Clients - Overwatch & Intervention if required.
• Review New Contracts (Client & Vendor) before finalisation.
• Negotiate contract extensions and win single-source contracts.
• Direct & manage the Lead Generation & Marketing team.
• Ensuring Client retention, and minimizing churn.
• Vendor Identification & finalization, to fulfill resource demand & supply if needed.
• Interviewing Pre-sales & related hiring.
• Managing Organization’s Content ideation, creation & curation.
• Market segment identification & service line development.
• Execution of decided strategies & plans.
• Rapidly identify business problems, formulate plans & initiate change with CEO approval.
• Conducting deep research, as & when a business situation demands.
