As a small company, we are looking for a Sales Manager who can help us grow and expand our business. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth in the IT Service domain. This is a night shift position that requires you to work during US business hours.
Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business relationships, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the CTO and the rest of the team to identify new sales opportunities and develop sales strategies that will help us achieve our business goals. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the IT industry and be able to leverage your knowledge and expertise to create value for our clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the IT Service domain, with a focus on closing sales deals. As a successful Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's bottom line by generating new leads, developing relationships with key clients, and closing deals.
In this role, you will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate new business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to ensure our services remain competitive.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including zero trust, firewalls, and helpdesk services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passionate about technology and continuously learning about new developments in the industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate US business hours
