Troubleshooting of OS and Proper Installation process.
MS Office and O365 Admin and client end support
Basic Troubleshooting of Network related issues (DHCP / TCP-IP/AP basic configuration or used)
Basic about Asset Management service Or Inventory important
Troubleshooting and rectification of basic hardware problems of all IT equipment
Maintaining & Monitoring LAN and WAN Networks
Knowledge of Endpoint Sequrity and policy Implementation
Managing windows server (AD,GPO,IIS,DHCP,DNS)
Maintaining Biometric and CCTV devices
Ensure smooth run of Systems and IT related work.
