What we need
• [Must have] Design, Implementation and Administration of Mac Services Infrastructure using VMWare Workspace One/ Airwatch. Experience in macOS software delivery in tech/ engineering/ development setup. Having certification a major bonus.
• [Must have] Should be able to configure policies for application and patch deployment, configuration profiles, self-service portal, Active Directory & Mac integration
• [Must have] Knowledge on Mac Hardware, Installation, Application Deployment, Printer Installation and doing preventive maintenance
• [Must have] Strong knowledge in Operating systems – macOS (Sierra) and above
• [Must have] Identify and select, by agreement and liaison with IT Security teams, the best method to deploy device configuration profiles
• [Must have] Good knowledge of network
• [Must have] Analyze and resolve problems relating to IT infrastructure and network, clients (networks laptops) and enterprise systems
• [Must have] Knowledge of end point system security and data backup / recovery
• [Good to have] Knowledge of Zscaler, Cisco AnyConnect, ForcePoint DLP solution
• [Good to have] Scripting knowledge to manage device

• Responsibilities including managing MacBooks, VMWare Workspace One/ Airwatch, adding/ setting up new joiners MacBooks
