Position : IT System Administrator
Experience : 2 - 4 years
Location : Indore (WFO)
We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
Responsibilities :
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Skills Required :
• Experience in operating systems
• Good experience with web hosting, Shared & Dedicated Servers, cPanel.
• Can handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, Mail Service, IIS, SSL, PHP, Mysql based errors etc
• Exp in troubleshooting web applications & web servers.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) .
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• BSc/Ba in IT/CS or a related discipline; professional certification is a plus
