• Enough experience on documents such as User Manual, API Documents, SRS, Database design, Document Versioning, UML Diagrams, MS Office, MS Visio, and Snagit.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for API endpoints, including technical specifications, usage examples, and troubleshooting guides.
• Create example code snippets and sample applications to demonstrate API usage.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and updates, ensuring all documentation reflects the latest changes.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
• Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Analyze functional and technical specifications.
• Work with clients as well as the development team to understand project requirements, translate them to technical specifications, and define them for development and implementation teams.
• Maintain records and documents with revisions.
• Having strong writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into our documentation processes.

• Basic understanding of XML & JSON.
• Experience in the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Transportation domain knowledge.
