• Infrastructure and Database Expert
We are looking for an Infrastructure and Database Expert to join our team. As a member of the Technical Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing primary database and infrastructure support, ensuring customer systems are protected and healthy.
• Work with the Delivery Team to ensure customer systems are protected by applying recommended security patches, ensuring backup and recovery scripts are in place and working, and forecasting logical and physical space and processing demands.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop industry knowledge, keep the team abreast of current trends and technologies, and source training where necessary.
• Provide ongoing database administration and housekeeping tasks, including provisioning new server infrastructure and allocating compute resources.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex technical environment, and the ability to work with a mix of remote and office-based resources.
