Position Overview Role Description: Working as a key team member in the Infrastructure Architecture Governance function you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our Infrastructure Systems with the overall bank strategy. You will understand the infrastructure requirements of the clients of infrastructure services and work with product owners, cloud engineers, application developers, and data architects to assess compliance with our goals. Infrastructure Architecture Governance is concerned with Assessing existing systems to ensure they meet business requirements Predicting and overseeing infrastructure or software upgrades based on business needs Technical direction of new system implementations Charing and Supporting Design Authority meetings You will also act as the Technical Information Security Officer for the team The Technical Information Security Officers (TISO) are the technology specialists for applications or infrastructure (hereafter referred to as IT assets), with broad knowledge of the technologies used in Infrastructure Architecture and Cloud, as well as having a clear understanding of the IT security and control issues that may be in place. They act as the focal point for IT security matters within the Divisional and Functional Management's work streams. Ideally you will have worked in an architecture function previously and have a keen eye for details with a tenacious attitude. Exposure to an architecture framework such as TOGAF would be a distinct advantage.
