Your typical day will involve deploying solution architectures, conducting analysis of alternative architectures, creating architectural standards, defining processes to ensure conformance with standards, instituting solution-testing criteria, defining a solution's cost of ownership, and promoting a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Cloud Technology Implementation. - Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture and design. - Experience in deploying solution architectures and conducting analysis of alternative architectures. - Experience in creating architectural standards and defining processes to ensure conformance with standards. - Experience in instituting solution-testing criteria and defining a solution's cost of ownership. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful technical solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
