• Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
• Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

• Key Responsibilities : Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required2 Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool3 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer4 Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality5 Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority6 Consequently identifies opportunities to improve operations.
• Technical Experience : Client handling capability with clear communication skills? Well versed with agile delivery principles, sprint model and scrum boards on JIRA on any other similar tool? Working experience of IaC tools like version control systems (Git, SVN etc..), Ansible, Terraform, CICD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins or Rundeck? DevOps certified professional OR Cloud certified professional – AWS/Azure/GCP/VMWare private cloud? Working experience on IaC vaults like Hashicorp, Ansible vaults, Azure vaults. In addition, worked on SAST, DAST tools? REST API integrations & JSON – working experience? Ability to utilize cloud native solutions ? Good to have? Knowledge on Infrastructure architecture across net
• Professional Attributes : Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, team building, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently.
• Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree
• Additional Information : Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts.
