Introduction:
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and have successfully led multiple business change projects through all stages of the project life cycle from requirements gathering and classification to successful implementation and operational handover.
• Strong technical skills and experience of leading virtual technical teams (Unix/AIX/Windows, Network, Middleware, Storage and Database) and have sound understanding on these technologies or previously was part of the Infrastructure technology team.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast moving rapidly changing environment, decisive and willing to take ownership of risks, issues, and their resolution.
• Manage multiple projects, building/maintaining good relationships with the program/project stake holders.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework for Service Management - incident, problem resolution and change management.
• Overall responsibilities of ensuring that the environments are correctly provisioned and are aligned to the baselined requirements.
• Project Plan creation to match project requirements and manage infrastructure technical team to ensure they meet project deadlines.
• Ownership of a number of different environment delivery and making sure that they align to the project dates.
• Previous experience in financial services organization, having delivered complex large scale infrastructure projects. (Including UNIX/AIX/WINDOWS, Network, Middleware, Database, Application hosting platforms, Storage, and Data Centre etc.)
• Prior Project delivery experience of Cloud migration (public/private), Kubernetes, Open Shift, Docker, AWS, Salesforce, DevOps, Analytics, Data warehouse and Machine learning projects will be a plus.
• Desirable experience into API Technology, infrastructure/platform which includes Cloud, MuleSoft, Akana, NGINX, Service Mesh, CI/CD pipeline to manage day to day work stream from multiple projects.
