Infrastructure Engineer Role
We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our high-performing IT Operations team.
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for managing our enterprise infrastructure applications, maintaining top-notch performance, and driving operational excellence.
Your goal will be to deliver best-in-class outcomes to our customers every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage enterprise infrastructure applications such as Citrix, Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, and more.
Maintain world-class performance, ensuring KPIs are met, SLAs are smashed, and processes are followed to the highest standard.
Proactively identify solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead by example, driving best practices and positive outcomes within the team.
Manage infrastructure systems from provisioning and configuration to operation and maintenance.
Participate in training and mentoring programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
At least 1-5 years' experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
A strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and ability to keep things running efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proven ability to balance teamwork and independence.
The drive to learn and grow, constantly challenging the status quo.
