Process Overview
This position is part of Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) organization and falls under Cloud Services team (ECP).
Enterprise Cloud Platforms Team (ECP):
Enterprise Cloud Platforms team in the CTI organization offers Private and Public Cloud platforms for Bank of America’s developers to drive faster time-to-market, innovation with private and public cloud capabilities, and reduce complexity with built-in integrations. We believe in high quality engineering culture to engineer our platforms with customer and platform mindset, design for large enterprise scale and resilience, and accelerate market innovation into the technical platforms we deliver.

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Cloud Ops Engineer with expertise on Linux Infrastructure, scripting (Shell/Python) and hands on experience with Terraform coupled with any cloud service platform (Azure, AWS, GCP). Candidates in this role will drive incident, change, request management and ensure availability on Cloud and GRID Compute platform. Should maintain good rigor in implementing self-healing automations, Dashboards, resiliency and well versed with agile, CI/CD processes.
Responsibilities
• Well versed with ITIL process including incident, change and request management
• Should have demonstrated automation capability to reduce toil
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, triage incidents over bridge lines and perform RCA
• Self sufficient in writing simple to complex SQL queries
• Strong understanding and background of working with a complex IAM infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD, and PingIdentity, Okta, or other SSO solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos and Windows Authentication

B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA
Experience Range
6-+ years
Certifications if any - NA
Foundational Skills
• Minimum 6 years operations support experience in Linux environment
• 4+ years’ experience with scripting (Shell/Python)
• 2+ years’ experience in writing terraform templates
• Should have worked in any of the cloud platforms with experience in migrating applications from on-premise to cloud
• Well versed with ITIL process including incident, change and request management
• Should have demonstrated automation capability to reduce toil
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, triage incidents over bridge lines and perform RCA
• Redhat Linux, Shell/Python scripting, Ansible, Terraform, Azure/AWS/GCP
Desired Skills
